What is our role?

The core of our service is ensuring your documents are processed efficiently and meet all necessary requirements.  Here's what we do:


  1. Verification of document type, destination country and issuing state: It all begins with confirming that your documents qualify for State or Federal Apostille, or Legalization if being submitted to a non-Hague convention member.  If a Non-Hague member, a consulate or multi-step embassy process would be adhered.
  2. Notarization Services: If required, we provide notarization to certify the signatures on your documents before proceeding to the next step. 
  3. Obtaining Apostille Certification: T We handle proper submission of your documents to the correct authority based on international requirements. This includes state apostilles through the appropriate Secretary of State, federal apostilles through the U.S. Department of State, and full embassy or consulate legalization for countries not part of the Hague Convention. .
  4. Expert Guidance and Communication: We'll keep you informed at every stage of the process, answering any questions you may have and ensuring clarity along the way.
  5. Final Delivery: Once completed, documents are returned to the client through local hand delivery or trackable shipping, with direct international shipment available upon request (additional shipping fees apply). .
  6. Certified Translation:   When required by the receiving country, certified translation is coordinated so your completed document packet is ready for use. 

Cost of Apostille Service

Please note: fees and timelines below are for the State of Texas and may vary for all other states.


Fees start at:


$225 standard  (10-12 business days)

$300 priority (5-7 business days)

$375 expedited (4-5 business days)


Additional document in the same order: $50  per document 

Included in fees: Travel,  one document, one notarization, state processing fees, and shipping costs within the U.S.  


*All fees are subject to change without prior notice.  Pricing and turnaround times may vary for federal or out-of-state apostilles.*


Fees for countries not a member of the Hague Convention vary and will be determined upon consultation.


Firm-Level & Volume Requests

For law firms, healthcare providers, and organizations managing multiple documents within a single matter, firm-level pricing options are available. These options are designed to support efficiency and consistency when volume or repeat apostille needs are involved. Pricing is confirmed in advance based on document type and turnaround requirements.

Common Documents Presented:

Personal

Birth, death and marriage certificates, single status affidavits, adoption papers, minor travel consent letters 

divorce decrees, name change orders, passports, HIPAA authorizations, FBI or state background checks, property records


Business

Certificates of origin, corporate bylaws and resolutions, certificates of good standing, commercial invoices, patent and trademark documents


Education

Diplomas and transcripts, enrollment letters, teacher certifications, study abroad packets


Travel and Immigration

 Visa renewal documents, employer and invitation letters, police clearance certificates (criminal background checks or certificates of good conduct).

How long does the Apostille process take?

Apostille timelines depend on the issuing state, document type, and the country where the document will be used. Requirements may vary, and final acceptance is determined by the receiving authority.  


Processing time excludes weekends and holidays.  Expedited service is not available for federal documents.  Federal documents must be processed through the U.S. Department of State and can take 6-10 weeks (from the date documents are received). 


Please note, the type of document and country of destination may affect the processing time. 

Document Translation

 

When required, we coordinate certified translations through local translators accredited by the American Translators Association.  Translations include a certificate of accuracy and are prepared to meet domestic and international requirements.  If translation is required, the apostille timeline will be extended by the translation turnaround time, typically 1-3 business days. 


Translation services start at $80 and vary by document type and word count, as determined by the translator.
