This specialized certification reflects our commitment to understanding the details of trust packages so clients can move through the signing process with confidence and ease. 

Whether it’s a revocable trust, living trust, or other estate planning documents, our role is to bridge the gap between legal professionals and their clients.  We focus on making  the process as simple and stress-free as possible. While we are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or perform any legal services, we serve as neutral, knowledgeable facilitators, ensuring everything is handled correctly so clients feel supported every step of the way. 

Estate Planning and Trust Documents

Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, beneficiary designations, guardianship agreements, financial documents, property deeds, HIPAA authorizations, amendments to existing documents, and more.

Estate package notary services are offered at fixed fees reflecting the time, coordination, and professional handling required for multi-document estate signings. Witnesses are available upon request. 

For estate planning firms coordinating multiple client signings or ongoing appointment needs, firm-level pricing options may be available. These arrangements are designed to support consistent scheduling while maintaining a professional and seamless client experience. 

$100 Standard Trust Package  (8 notarizations)

 - additional $25 for document printing

$150 Large Trust Package (Multiple signers, 8+ notarizations, 15+ pages to be signed)

 - additional $35 for document printing

Document Notice: Documents must be final and ready for signing. Printing is provided as a convenience only; no document review or verification is performed.

- $30 for the first witness, and $10 for each additional
