Upload documents via secure portal at least one hour pior to appointment.
Receipt of documents will be confirmed and you will receive an email with a link to the online notary session.
Approximately ten minutes before your appointment, you will be prompted to click on the secure link sent to the email address you provided. The platform will prompt you to answer Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) identity questions, then upload a photo of your identification .
Connection with notary will begin and document notarized.
Once session is completed, your document is available for immediate download.
NOTE: For security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours of notary session completion.
What are the requirements?
Must be 18 years of age or older
Government Issued Identification: driver's license or passport (Note: Military ID or Permanent Resident Card is not permitted)
Have a computer or smartphone with audio/camera capabilities
Only documents that are of U.S. business(es) can be notarized.
Secure internet connection -Google Chrome internet browser for best results
Document must be properly formatted and ready to be signed. Changes to the document cannot be made during the appointment.
