$100.00 - Detention Center / Jail (60 minutes)

*Rates include all allowable notary public fees per State of Texas, travel fee and one notary stamp and two signers.

Allowable fees for general notarial services per State of Texas:

- Acknowledgments/Proofs for 1st signature $10.00

   -- each additional signature on same document $1.00

- Oath/Affirmation with certificate/seal: $10.00

- All notarial acts not provided for: $10.00

Notary service fees are in addition to Texas State Notary Public Fees.

$25 deposit is to be paid at time of booking appointment, remainder to be paid upon Notary arrival.

• Remainder to be paid no later than 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment or upon notary arrival
• No refunds of deposit if cancelled less than one hour from the scheduled appointment time.
• No refunds if signature cannot be notarized due to invalid identification, inability to communicate, (i.e. not English speaking, incapacitated, etc.), incorrect or incomplete documentation, lack of witnesses, etc.  Please verify needs before scheduling an appointment.

All signing parties must adhere to the state of Texas identification requirements.  If a signer cannot complete a scheduled transaction due to an identification issue (invalid identification issued by the federal government or any state government, with signer's photograph and signature, inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.), the notary service will be cancelled and 50% of fee not refunded.
