Pearland TX Notary does not have a physical office for clients. Services are 100% mobile and online.

Valid Identification is required for each client or witness. Acceptable ID documents for the State Texas include:

A valid driver's license or state-issued ID card from the U.S.
A U.S. passport
U.S. military identification
A driver's license or ID card from Mexico or Canada
A foreign passport with a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services
Inmate identification from the Texas Department of Corrections (TDC)

It's ideal for signers who prefer not to meet in person, need urgent service, are under time constraints, or may have mobility challenges. Most appointments take less than 30 minutes and can be completed from your computer or smartphone.

How does it work?

Determine your needs
Book appointment
Upload documents via secure portal at least one hour prior to appointment.
Receipt of documents will be confirmed and you will receive an email with a link to the online notary session.
Approximately 30 minutes before your appointment, you will be prompted to click on the secure link sent to the email address you provided. The platform will prompt you to answer Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) identity questions, then upload a photo of your identification .
Connection with notary will begin and document notarized.
Once session is completed, your document is available for immediate download.
NOTE: For security and privacy, all documents will be deleted within 24 hours of notary session completion.

What are the requirements?

Must be 18 years of age or older
Government Issued Identification: driver's license or passport (Note: Military ID or Permanent Resident Card is not permitted)
Have a computer or smartphone with audio/camera capabilities
Only documents that are of U.S. business(es) can be notarized.
Secure internet connection -Google Chrome internet browser for best results
Document must be properly formatted and ready to be signed. Changes to the document cannot be made during the appointment.
Be present and visible during the notarization/signing

RON Fees

*Pricing starts at $40. This includes a $15 session and document preparation fee, $25 notarial fee, and up to 2 notarizations. Each additional notarization is $25.00. Standard time is 30 minutes.

If your documents do not include the State of Texas required Notarial Certificate language, or is missing a notarial certificate, a Texas approved Notarial Certificate will be added. An additional fee of $5 will apply for each added certificate.

All signing parties must adhere to the State of Texas identification requirements.
If a signer cannot complete a scheduled transaction due to an identification issue (invalid identification issued by the federal government or any state government, with signer's photograph and signature, inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.), the notary service will be cancelled.

Please note: Wills and codicils must be signed in person with traditional (wet) signatures and cannot be notarized online. Texas law does not permit electronic signatures or remote online notarization for these documents, so all signing and notarization must occur in person.

To ensure appointment commitment, $25 deposit is required at booking. The remainder must be paid after session completion to receive notarized documents.

No refund of deposit for same-day cancellation or no-shows
Deposit can be used to reschedule if new appointment time is scheduled within 24 hrs.
No refunds if signer cannot access platform because of invalid identification, inability to communicate, (i.e. not English speaking, incapacitated, etc.), incorrect or incomplete documentation, lack of witnesses, etc. Please verify needs before scheduling an appointment.

All signing parties must adhere to the State of Texas identification requirements. If signer(s) or witness(es) do not identify/present as the person(s) shown on identification, the session will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. If appointment is rescheduled within 24 hrs., the deposit will be credited to the rescheduled service, otherwise a new deposit is required.
