Remote Online Notarization

Fees:

$40 (one notarization)

$65 (commercial documents, one notarizations)

This includes access to the RON platform and  document preparation. Each additional notarization is $15.  

• All signing parties must adhere to the State of Texas identification requirements.
• If a signer cannot complete a scheduled transaction due to an identification issue (invalid identification issued by the federal government or any state government, with signer's photograph and signature, inability to provide a credible identifying witness, etc.), the notary service will be cancelled.

Please note:  Wills and codicils must be signed in person with traditional (wet) signatures and cannot be notarized online. Texas law does not permit electronic signatures or remote online notarization for these documents, so all signing and notarization must occur in person.  

To confirm your appointment, a $25 deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance is due after session completion and prior to release of notarized documents.

Deposits are non-refundable for same-day cancellations or no-shows. A deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if a new appointment is booked within 24 hours. After 24 hours, a new deposit is required.

No refunds will be issued if the notarization cannot be completed due to platform access issues, invalid or expired identification, inability to communicate effectively, incomplete or incorrect documents, missing required witnesses, or similar circumstances. Please ensure all requirements are met prior to scheduling.

All signing parties must comply with Texas identification requirements. If a signer or witness does not properly identify or does not match the presented identification, the session will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. If rescheduled within 24 hours, the deposit will be credited to the new appointment.
