Each state's processing times vary and processing times listed below do not include shipping. Processing excludes weekends and holidays. Expedited service is not available for federal documents. Federal documents must be processed through the U.S. Department of State and can take 8-12 weeks.

Fees start at:
$300 standard service (5-7 business days)
$400 expedited service (3-5 business days)
Each additional document in the same order is $50, and each additional notarization is $10.
Service and fee includes: Travel, 1 document, 1 notarization, state processing fees, and shipping costs within the U.S. *All fees are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed upon consultation.*

Fees for countries not a member of the Hague Convention vary and will be determined upon consultation.
Document Handling & Verification
We review your documents to confirm they meet the basic eligibility requirements for apostille processing in line with the rules of the issuing state or federal agency. Please note that it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure every document submitted is accurate, complete, and properly prepared, such as being notarized, certified, or issued by the appropriate authority as required.
Shipping & Delivery
Completed apostille documents are shipped through trusted carriers like FedEx, DHL or UPS. Once handed to the carrier, Pearland TX Notary & Apostille Services is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage. Tracking details are monitored for up-to-date delivery information. Clients assume full responsibility for any issues that occur during transit.
Rejections & Invalidations
We take the necessary steps to ensure your apostille is processed correctly and is compliant with state and federal standards.
Pearland TX Notary & Apostille Services is not responsible if a completed apostille is rejected or deemed invalid by any third party, including foreign governments, embassies, institutions, or other receiving entities. It is recommended clients confirm requirements with the requesting party (e.g., consulate, overseas agency, university, etc.) before submission, as rules and document needs vary by country and purpose.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because apostille services are customized and time-sensitive, all sales are final once processing has begun. No refunds will be issued once a document has been submitted for certification or apostille.

A certificate of accuracy accompanies every translation, ensuring it meets the high standards required for legal proceedings, immigration applications, and other formal uses where accuracy is crucial. Partnering with trusted translators that operate from local offices, allows your documents to be translated and available within 24 hours or five business days. **This time will be included in apostille facilitation process if required**
