USCIS Form I-9: Employment Verification Services

The Form I-9 is a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States.  All U.S. employers must ensure correct and proper completion of Form I-9 for each person they hire.

My role as a notary is to act as an authorized representative of the employer, ensuring the form is completed correctly and that the employee's identity and work authorization documents are properly verified.
